Your video was informative, but I felt it would have been more effective if you provided the answers directly in the video, rather than waiting to respond to comments or scan through them. While I understand the strategy behind increasing engagement for RUclips's algorithm, it seems contradictory to teach Amazon's leadership principles while not fully embodying them. Prioritizing the viewer's experience by delivering answers within the video itself would have demonstrated a stronger commitment to customer-centricity.
Q1 should be D, because handling A first makes no difference for the customer, in case of D however you can prevent potential harm to the account and grant the customer access right away. Q19 should be 660 km, because of the way you phrased the question. he is travelling 22km to work, meaning he commutes 44km per workday 44*15=660
Q1. A The customer states it's urgent twice, so I would start with getting a new laptop to them ASAP and then research the issue with the delivery. Q2. E Q4. A Q5. C Q6. B Q7. D Q9. B Statement 2 Q10. B Statement 2 Q11. B 2,916 Q12. D 119 Q13. E none of the above, Friday had the most orders Q14. 80 is the average number of orders Q17. A $1 Q18. C $560 Q19. D 330 km (*this one was tricky. If it is 22 km to "journey" to work, isn't that just 1-way. Wouldn't a round trip from home to work and then from work back home be 44 km a day?) Q20. D $544
I like these tests, and the presentation, but by having viewers put answers to different questions down in the comments, and having everyone try to wade through all of them, plus in varying orders by those responding, it creates a mass of chaos and confusion, especially since there will also be lots of inconsistencies with how people answer and don't always provide enough clarity to the questions they are answering. Instead, it would be much better if you put the answers in the bottom of the video details, or ask the question, then simply reveal the answer to each one individually, after a long pause from each question. Please adopt one of these approaches going forward.
Q19 - I do not see that you have listed a correct answer. If Jonathan's journey TO work is 22km, his round trip travel distance is 44km (because the journey FROM work is also 22km). His total travel distance over 5 days would be 660km. Alternatively, you could more clearly state that 22km is the round trip distance.
The first response goes to the unfulfilled order because it is urgent and the customer has been waiting for 2 weeks. The last response goes to Feedback & Suggestion. That can wait.
Q19 Clive’s journey to work is 22km. Let’s assume that takes the same route home so that’s another 22km. He may cover many km while at work. So, in 3 weeks he will cover 22 km x 2 journeys x 5 days x 3 weeks = 660 km plus the distance covered at work. The only answer that’s at least 660 km is answer C. So he covers 110 km while at work, which is 110 / 5 days / 3 weeks, or about 7km per day, which is possible. So the answer is C.
Actually the Are Right, A Lot leadership principle is not to confirm your belief, but is to disconfirm your belief. This is what is written on their website: Leaders are right a lot. They have strong judgment and good instincts. They seek diverse perspectives and work to disconfirm their beliefs. They want you to seek out opinions from those you know will NOT agree with you and then consider their ideas.

Exactly my thoughts!
Fantastic prep video thanks. For Q19 I got 660km as his journey “to” work is 22km which means he has a 44km daily round trip. 44x5x3 = 660km

Hi, the questions clearly says "To Work" doesn't talk about "to & fro" or "round trip" . The question is right.. Hope this helps.
I thought the same thing. When the answer of 660 km wasn't in the selection, I figured he meant the round trip was a total of 22 km.
I figure Clive was a workaholic and went home every other day.
