Why I started my Channel Part 1

At the suggestion of a well known cycling RUclipsr Katie Kookaburra, I have decided to tell my story over a series of videos - journey of active cyclist to heart attack/heart surgery survivor and my rehabilitation process and return to cycling fitness. It is my hope that this Series of videos provides re-assurance and eliminates doubt, to anyone who has undergone emergency heart surgery and who was previously very active, that you can return to your active life successfully (in consultation with your Cardiologist).

Thank you so much for doing these videos ... I had my angiogram done at St. John’s and was transferred to Geelong for a bypass in September 2022 ... only a very small blockage but in a very difficult spot to stent ... the honesty with how you explained the emotional roller coaster you go through was so greatly appreciated ... I wish I had found your channel earlier.
