    CHILLI PANEER - A HEALTHY TWIST TO THE AUTHENTIC CHILLI PANEER
    INGREDIENTS
    PANEER. 200 GRAMS
    CAPSICUM. 1/4 CUP (DICED)
    ONION. 1 (DICED)
    GREEN CHILLIES. 3 (SLIT INTO HALVES)
    GINGER. 1 TABLESPOON (GRATED)
    GARLIC. 1 TABLESPOON (CHOPPED)
    SPRING ONION. 1/2 CUP
    TOMATO KETCHUP. 1 TABLESPOON
    RED CHILLI SAUCE. 1 TABLESPOON
    GREEN CHILLI SAUCE. 1 TEASPOON
    SOYA SAUCE. 1 TABLESPOON
    BLACK PEPPER POWDER. 1/4 TEASPOON
    SALT. TO TASTE
    CORNFLOUR. 1 TABLESPOON
    OIL. 1 TABLESPOON
    PROCEDURE
    CUT THE PANEER INTO CHUNKS AND COAT WITH CORNFLOUR ( 1 TABLESPOON)
    DRIZZLE OIL ONTO A PAN OR KADHAI( PREFERABLY NON STICK)
    WHEN HEATED UP, SAUTE THE PANEER TILL GOLDEN ON BOTH THE SIDES. KEEP ASIDE IN A PLATE
    IN THE SAME KADHAI, TAKE SOME OIL
    ADD THE ONION, CAPSICUM, GINGER, GARLIC, SPRING ONION, GREEN CHILLIES AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS ON HIGH HEAT
    ADD THE SAUCES - TOMATO KETCHUP, RED CHILLI SAUCE, GREEN CHILLI SAUCE, SOYA SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER .
    ADD THE SAUTEED PANEER AND TOSS ON HIGH HEAT FOR A MINUTE
    SERVE HOT IMMEDIATELY
