In this video from our 2023 African Meetup, we had the pleasure of speaking with one of our earliest customers - and current development partner - Satya Mekala, managing director of WTL Belgium (‪@WirelessTechnologyLabs‬). Here, Satya describes how his company launched the first installation of PortaSwitch in Belgium, and quickly became the country’s largest provider of VoIP services.
Then, he grew from there: “I had eight websites locally in each country right from Spain to Finland running the system,” he explains. Now, Satya is returning to work with PortaOne once again as we team up to deliver a comprehensive BSS offering designed for the West African market - and for all the new telcos competing in the newly opened Nigerian MVNO landscape.
