To an actor, especially to one from the original cast/trilogy such as Harrison Ford, at the time Star Wars was just another job. It wasn't anything special, it was just another movie. You can do your job as an actor and still enjoy Star Wars as a whole like Mark Hamill does (or did), or they can be thankful for the opportunities that being in Star Wars brought to their careers and leave it at that, like Harrison Ford does. Plus, rather than not appreciating it, it's clear that Harrison Ford hates the fact that he's forced to sit in an interview and be asked the same questions over and over and over and over more than anything else, be it Han Solo or Indiana Jones. Plus, he seems to fidget a lot when in interviews, which often does suggest anxiety, but that's aside from this discussion.

I've just realised how the trio of Harrison, Mark & Carrie are all so much like their characters! People say the trio from Harry Potter were perfectly cast (& they were) but Lucas really nailed it 30 years earlier. Watching interviews from all three of them really shows it!
