2001-2nd Gen and Modulator ll Tornado Siren Test KA,WV

I thought the system failed but it was only 2 minutes late and another 2001 think was doing attack for some reason but it's hard to hear.
and yes the modulators always shutoff first

To bad this is one of the only under powered ones in the County or its running on its Batterys

If someone would only let me listen to the audio without context, I might confuse the 2001 for a 9-port or high-pitched 8-port siren lol. Any updates on the batteries of this one?
