    Ingredients: Dough
    9 cups of all-purpose flour
    4 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
    1 tablespoon of salt
    6 tablespoons of sugar
    2 teaspoons of yeast
    8 tablespoons of butter
    1 egg
    2 1/2 cups of water
    Filling
    2 medium-sized mackerel or any other firm fish
    2 small onion, finely chopped
    fresh pepper/ 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
    1 teaspoon of thyme
    1 teaspoon of curry powder
    seasoning cubes (to taste)
    salt (to taste)
    Oil for frying

    Good job, please you only used yeast for this recipe, why not baking powder. Thanks

      I prefer yeast in this recipe because it makes the rolls lighter and softer. Baking powder would make the dough dense.
