Today, I'm going to show you a video of "one of the ways to paint your face" that I uploaded earlier.

Before, I felt stuck after drawing the guide line and couldn't finish my drawing because I didn't know what to do with the eyes nose and lips
Now I can finish my drawing even with simple details and that feel great

This is amazing, this is going to DEFINITELY improve my art skills. I am in grade 9, and my art teacher expects us to have a self portrait done by the end of the semester, and by all means I think this is an excellent step towards improvement, this is the best art strategy I have ever seen! Used to draw alot but lost passion and quit... for a few months and when i came back to try, it was like i lost everything i had learned abt anatomy

Ok not gonna lie. I just tried this method myself, and it’s a super impressive hack. Definitely helps a lot with getting my proportions right.
Can you explain the second drawing? I don’t understand it at all. Like any of it. It doesnt make sense
@@blvckmesa looks like just a different angle, but the same concept as before to me.
I guess I'm confused on where you determine to put the oval on the side of the skull, is that just an estimate based off the angle?@@joeselke3472
