- Evidence-based studies show there are 3-5 critical steps for communicating with people who may be contemplating suicide. BEING THERE is one of those life-saving steps. Being physically present, speaking on the phone, or any other way that shows support for the person at risk increases connectedness and limits their isolation. This acts as a protective factor against suicide, limits the escalation from suicidal thoughts to suicidal actions, and serves as a buffer against hopelessness and psychological pain.
BEING THERE is the topic of our first of hopefully many short films commissioned by the Center for Japanese Mental Health (CJMH) as part of its mission to improve mental health amongst the Japanese community, especially those Japanese who live and/or work outside Japan.

There is a woman who's an engineer for 20 years, have a masters degree, many friends, got married, have a engineer husband, have 2 daughters, a million dollar house 🏠. THEN......all of a sudden....shtf!

Imagine you will be invincible, immortal, and holy with a new, upgraded body. Imagine everyone around you will be the same as you without ranking/hierarchy. Isn't that a delightful thought? It's true you or anyone can have eternal life.
All you got to do is to accept Jesus Christ 🙏 as your Savior! Once you do, He will let you into heaven during your day when you finally see Him!

She just saved her friend's life
when i was 9, i contemplated suicide. as i got older and busy with life, i forgot about the thoughts. once awhile the thoughts still crept in. when i was in the military we heard news about a new recruit in another camp shooting his officer and then himself. life is hard, but like they say, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. I'm not a religious person but when i was 9, i thought about God. Religion saved me. Why does God hate suiciders? Because, God hate those who give up on Him. God punish them by letting them feel the pain of suicide over and over again. Like I say, I'm not really that religious but there are teachings that i still remembers to bring me out from the dark and whispers of satan. When you get old and more experience in life, you'll learn.

Young, middle aged, or the boomers. Death has no bias towards age. 😮 Everyone should think about where she/he goes after this life. 😅 Don't wait until the end comes, and death swoops down for you.
