I haven’t been back to El Salvador in over 10 years because where my family is from, in San Salvador, it’s been too dangerous and too risky for me to go visit. Man, I kinda feel sad you didn't find a painting in the streets. "Artesanías" tend to be sold in crafts markets as sadly street artists don't make much in here from tips on the streets. There was one around the historic part of downtown where you could have found a lot of it and even some street artists at times.

JC we will never get tired of your market videos. That is part of the culture of Salvadoreans and it is interesting. That lady with the baked plantains. Those are tasty when you eat them with hard cheese and cream on a plate of course. You are not going to eat them in your hand while walking. I bake ripe plantains in the oven here at home all the time. You are our man JC. I would definitely be cautious about the drinking water because of a possible amoeba infection They have an issue with the water. Stay safe.
