Nice. If your son-in-law speaks Haitian Creole then tell him to try to speak Spanish as both are Latin-based languages. I don't know a lot of Spanish, but what I do know came from me knowing the similarities between both languages.

Jay Cee if you are still in Santa Tecla or nearby, go to ‘el Mercadito de Merliot’ there in the comedor areas (aka Food Court 😅) you will find lots of options of prepared food. On weekends is super fun since they have the combos (musicians) playing to make the ambience even better. Locals travel from far to this iconic Mercadito
