How to Prepare for Calling College Coaches

Once I read that you call a college coach to get know each other and so you should ask questions. But what questions are ok, so I dont sound like i did not prepare for the call? And how should I start the conversation if it is the first time I call the coach and he dont even know who I am? Thank you so much for those helpful videos 🙏🙏
