Mass Effect Andromeda was also a cluster fuck at release, but it had some good queer romances! Though of course BG3 did it best.

I'd consider the whole original trilogy too. I remember the whole controversy around sleeping with Liara as a girl back in 2007

We've dived into Coral Island a lot lately and you can totally date anybody that is single in that game, no matter the gender identity. There are queer characters and they are super relatable. So cute. So culturally appropriate. Must try. Lol

The dragon age trilogy. You can play inquisition without playing the others but i highly recommend start with origins, it might be showing it's age but in my opinion it is still one fantastic experience.
And yes I started the video waiting for it to end so I could comment about the fable series, one of my favorites of all time but you beat me to it.
