Gullfoss fixes excess of dominant resonances that mask other frequencies, makes the audio "cleaner" buy does not "balance it" correctly unless you move the "brightness" parameter manually. Bloom is more like autoeqing the whole spectrum in a soft way thats better for the human hearing. both are great, if i could choose one, it would be bloom. It also as a "pay to own" method that Gullfoss does not have, so its a plus.
