Dude that pork is still RAW in the middle that is not good for certain individual
It is not raw, it should be slightly pink, that's for the juiciest results, you can make it well done. But always check the internal temperature, in this case you should aim for 145F. If you want it well done, go for 165F.
@@cookingfrog3730 a certain group of individuals has been saying for years which is incorrect. (pink) inside. At the end of the day your opinion and my opinion but we all know who are really individual eating the meat half raw.
