Why can't I find the keyboard layout function?
Win11 + Android(Samsung TAB) + paid users
The default keyboard is 5x3 and cannot be changed.
On my tablet, the APP does not support full-screen display (the taskbar cannot be hidden). Although it does not affect the use, I am curious whether it is a problem with the APP or the device does not support it?

Can we have 2 iOS devices connected simultaneous as well? For independent and/or same control (Say I want to operate a live stream, and I want to give control to another operator to switch scenes, and once im ready I can regain control on my own device. OR I can have an operator running a different instance of the device to control lights for example)
What's the distance limit between computer and iPad?
The distance will depend on your Wifi connection and network layout. Your iPhone or iPad connects over Wifi to your access point or router. But the computer can be wired and much further away.
@ElgatoWorkshop When using StreamDeck Mobile with Android phones, there is a bug that keeps screen rotating in the app even when "Automatic Screen Orientation" is turned off by default in the device's settings. I was planning to use StreamDeck Mobile and my phone attached to my hand with a wristband, but every time I look at the phone screen wanting to press any key the layout of the keys keeps rotating making it impossible to press on the right one. I really wanted to use the app while doing different activities, but this bug alone is killing the purpose of wireless. Please let us freeze the screen orientation inside the app or simply fix this bug so that it respects the device's default settings.
why is this not available for android ? only mac seems to get the 8 free buttons and all the new updates you guys mention in this video
We are a small team and have to prioritize. We’ve received a lot of requests for native iPad support for Stream Deck Mobile, so wanted to make progress here first. Stream Deck Mobile continues to be available for Android and we’re hoping to bring new features like the customizable canvas and digital faceplates to Android in the near feature, but don’t have a date to share at this time.
@@ElgatoWorkshop i appreciate the transparency , i hope you guys get more manpower behind these projects because the streamdeck has evolved into something much more than what it was intended to be. I can see it being a must have for any IT company or job in the future and developing the software is the deciding factor in making this a possibility. I hope the higher ups realize this

No, you'll need a local Wi-Fi connection. This means both the computer and your device need to be connected to the same router.

If you buy the pro version of app for iPad Pro can the stream deck software be use offline? or do you have to have some form of internet connection at all times while using?
Stream Deck Mobile on your ipad connects to the PC over Wifi but not the internet. As long as the Stream Deck software is installed, it can be used if you don't have internet. But you still will need a functional Wifi network.
Currently I believe iPhone is only supported. When will android be supported?
Elgato has stated on r/elgato that they are going to iron out any UX issues on Apple before porting the Mobile 2.0 application to Android.

The Stream Deck Mobile 2.0 update is not available on Android currently. The previous version of Stream Deck Mobile continues to be available.

Stream Deck Mobile is an app for iOS and Android. On your PC you'll need to download the Stream Deck desktop application which communicates with Stream Deck Mobile.
