The UL Paper's office makes no sense....he has a window in front AND behind his desk. The way the hallway is designed, you would think his office was just some random box sticking out from the side of the building.

GTA 3 is definitely the hardest of all the games in the series . it's not TOO difficult but it's far from easy. I loved Vice City & San Andreas but I preferred III & IV overall. I'm terrible at flying so I didn't care for quiet a few missions in V. I think with all the DLC R* is making for V , that's the only thing keeping people interested .
I think IV was the first of the series to implement the shoot/cover mechanics but the overall motion of the character left alot to be desired. If you move too fast with Niko in certain situations you can find yourself in some messed up shit lol . I can't tell you how many buildings I fell from 😂😂😂😂
Actually guys, We are in such a hurry everytime that the vehicle we are driving always crashes, if we drive slowly and calmly without a hurry, we can make our driving better. I have a tip for you, While not a mission go on saying that you're going on a tour or something so that you can make your driving better!

+Bellic Bowling i think it appears that in 2008 (gta iv) the fib and the iaa were working together ( as seen in this mission). 5 years later in 2013 (gta v) the fib and iaa were no longer working together and were rivals ( as seen in the mission threes a crowd etc...)
