Seems like we had the same idea! I’ve been working on something like this for a while now.
Funny thing is at first, I had the ghost host narration placed exactly where you had it, it made sense like that. But with that vocal placement, there’s an awkward audio gap, so I made a few adjustments. This is a little difficult to nail, given we don’t have footage of the ride with this music. Great work on this!

Hey @InsideDisneyOfficial big fan of your guy’s channel and thank you, I’ve been working on this for about 36 hours total most of that time was in depth research via old footage and some friends who remember this but in the end my leads kinda went nowhere so I had to make an educated guess and I got this as an end result probably the hardest part was getting Corey Burton’s Ghost Host Narration Isolated but I plan to make a video of that soon I have some really cool rare recordings that I’ve got from my past and some of my most recent visits as breaking down in certain parts of the ride for me are blessings honestly as RUclips has a lot of missing audio from the HMH but hopefully before this year comes to a close I hope to have every piece of audio done and released as an ambience, music loop, and a ride soundtrack along with an instrumental musical suite! I also plan to create more holiday music to so I’m overall a really busy man trying to get out as many video ideas I have before the year ends and if u ever want to use the music I create for BGM or to showcase audio in future videos u can all my audio is accessible for anyone to use! Sure but the only issue of why it wasn’t synced up perfectly was listen to when the glass shatters and notice the long pause between the glass breaking sound effects and the music starting that’s bc the full audio clip is technically a lost music piece in the Disney Vault somewhere I couldn’t find the full clip anywhere also like I said in the description of the video there was no footage or anything to even try to help base this off of this video was an educated recreational guess on what it probably would’ve sounded like!

So what’s the story behind this original audio? This audio wasn’t there for its premiere back in 2001? So the current starching room audio is the first ever version made? I’m just confused why this audio was even created and replaced so quickly in the first place.

So in 2001 the music to the whole ride was completely different from the foyer to the graveyard the only music that has remained pretty much the same ever since it opened was the music box outside, the graveyard band, Madam Leota’s Seance Circle, and I believe the ballroom (Anyone can correct me if I’m wrong on that). But what sparked this minor change to the stretching room was when they were looking to replace the Foyer’s, Portrait Hallway’s, Boarding Area’s, and the Graveyard’s BGM so to were they going to look to replace the stretching room’s music too so in 2002 one year prior to all these rooms changing in 2003 to the current music I’ve posted on my channel today the stretching room’s 2002 music was extremely short lived after minor criticism that they preferred the OG version bc it felt very Nightmare Before Christmasy and that’s the kinda score that Danny Elfman himself personally scored! I unfortunately never got to personally see or hear this music piece in the HMH myself and I don’t ever see this music returning to HMH ever in the future so it’s a lost and forgotten piece of Disneyland music history but I would’ve personally loved to have seen and heard it tho but I was actually unaware of this music and change just until last year! If you want to hear the OG 2001 music of the Haunted Mansion Holiday just look up the name of the room’s with adding premiere or 2001 when searching for it and then all the music I’ve posted except this one are the current music loops to the HMH and I put the word current in my RUclips video titles so that people don’t get confused between the two music editions!

where did you find the isolated voice?

I made it by running the audio through a vocal isolator system and then after I ran through an audio denoise program that basically takes any hiss or clicking background sounds/noise out of the audio! Once I release the Instrumental Soundtrack of the Haunted Mansion Holiday I plan on making the Ghost Host Narration isolated!
