    1 medium sized red onion
    3 to 4 garlic cloves
    2 to 3 fresh thyme sprigs
    5 to 6 toasted black peppercorns
    1 cup or 237 mL water
    1 cup or 237 mL distilled white vinegar
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    16 oz. or 500 mL mason jar
    LESS SWEET PICKLED RED ONION
    1 small red onion
    1/2 cup or 118 mL water
    1/2 cup or 118 mL white distilled vinegar
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt

      In an airtight container in the refrigerator they should last roughly 2 to 3 weeks. Unless you eat them all right away lol. Hope you have fun making them enjoy!
