Very nice video my friend! Interesting photos and beautiful route....but unfortunately without trains or the possibility of reopen (as there are no rails). Why was it abandoned? Thumbs up of course for the tribute! :)
It is a very beautiful line...i see awesome viaducts and tree-covered parts as well as nice stone tunnels. Also the viaduct in the first picture reminds me of a hellenic viaduct at Thessaloniki-Florina line, near Edessa. Congratulations again for your fantastic job and result!

hadanicu Da, studiasem prezentarea ta de pe forum inainte de a merge la viaductele Pestera si Stoeneasa. Credeam ca mai pot fi traversate, dar s-a furat si de acolo tot ce a putut fi demontat.
There was a landslide back in 1997 which wrecked a 30-40m long portion of the line. The minister of transportation though, decided to close the line instead of reparations, and the rest is history. Almost all the rails and stuff are stolen since. What a pity.
Era frumos daca se transforma in DRUM VERDE pentru biciclete. Ar fi fost 36 de km minunati pentru pasionati! ;)
