    Hello beautiful people!
    Do you constantly feel the need to do something in order to receive something from your partner, your family or people in your reality? You are in a constant movement of doing, organizing and solving and it never stops or seems enough? Then today's exercise is for you!
    In the first part of the exercise we are giving this feeling and its sensations some room to increase the body's capacity to better hold these 'negative' and 'unwanted' feelings. In the second part we are looking at the opposite of feeling triggered, maybe a feeling of things being easy, being effortless and in flow and expanding these positive feelings and sensations in the body...

    My name is Melanie Gonzales and I am a psychologist, psycho and trauma therapist with focus on somatic therapies, such as Somatic Experiencing and Integral Somatic Psychology.
    Based on ideas of Dr. Joe Dispenza and principles of Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine and Integral Somatic Psychology by Dr. Raja Selvam, I am guiding somatic body exercises, and somatic healing meditations to release stress & anxiety and to expand the experience of positive emotional states.
    Especially repeated stress and/or trauma conditions the body to react to certain situations in the same way, being stuck in a negative body reaction loop, relieving the stress and/ or trauma, feeling negative emotions and consequently creating negative thoughts, which in turn leads to more negative emotions. Through this embodiment of positive emotional states (=eopes) we are guiding and retraining the body to feel positive emotions better again.

      Thanks for your feedback! You are very welcome! 😊💛Yawning is a sign that the body is integrating and reorganising itself! Also take time to rest and recuperate after, especially in the beginning Somatic work can be very tiring!

    Hello mam... Thank you so much for this video.. Just before seeing this i was so much heavy on my heart...but now I feel much lighter... Thanks...Mam.. Actually my mother is going through schizophrenia and she has some trust issues so she can't be left alone or with someone else so for her i had to leave my job... But it's really hard time..to handle her and me both..my childhood had been quite traumatic so even in normal situation if something upsets me I am unable to control my anger... And now I am in such a situation that my mom is effort less to come out of her situation and I am stuck without job and totally helpless... And these situation really irritates, frustrates me that my anger is going to next level...I am unable to get out of my home without my mother and she doesn't want to step out of home... And my anger and frustration have now converted into rage.. I feel so bad I don't have words to describe my emotions... Please mam can you help in this... I am 24x7 in this situation and my physical and mental health is also suffering.... Can u help me and Guide me how to handle this and also how to calm my rage down in that particular moment... Please mam Help🙏

      Hi mehta, ive been listening to Melanis videos... try the ones for IRITATION and also try her exercise on from OVERWHELMING FEELING to EASE. this will really help you change your situation.. trust me.. keep doing it.. everytime you keep exercises for being in ease.. you will start experiencing that in your life.... Im from srilanka.. you can reply to me here. Alsooo why not you find a job where you can work from home and collect some money... and get a lady to look after you mom atelast for a few hours in a day. So you will get some break. Or try to do some work handcraft .. cooking osmething to earn a little money so you can support your self and also get someone to look after your mom atleast for a few hours or for a day.and keep doing atlest one exercise of melanis... that will help your childhood trauma tooo.. hope this helps... I dont know its correct for me to do this but i thouhgt i will share some thoughts... Please dont loose hope and please put your self first.. and see if you can meet a friend.. ask a friend ot come home to talk.. try something fun... create a nice environment at home and create a nice space for you at home so you wont feel stressed

Actually I had tried appointing a care taker for my mother but she has trust issues and due to that she gets more frequent episodes.. And yes I have applied for work from home too but not yet got job..hoping to get one... Let's see... And regarding friend.. Every one is busy in their life and whenever I meet them or talk to them I really feel left out and way more back in my life... So I avoid them.. because after that my emotions really overwhelm me... But yes I will surely surely go through the videos suggested by you and with full affirmation that they will help cure my negative and overwhelmed emotions... Thank you so much dear 💕for replying...       Hello dear, I can sense you feeling helpless and overwhelmed by your situation, and the first thing I want you to remember is that there is hope, that you can change things & the way you feel and transform your circumstances, even if it might not seem like that at the moment.
      My aim when creating these videos was to provide a free resource when you are feeling overwhelmed with your emotions and feelings. And as Anushka wrote, doing these exercises regularly, at least 2 times a day, will help you to balance your feelings of rage & anger and regulate your nervous system.       On a more practical level: what kind of social services or charities might be able to help and support in your case? Do some research online what options there could be! Also finding some support groups with people who deal with the same issues within the family! It is vital for you to reach out to family and friends to get them involved and distribute some of the responsibility you are currently carrying!
      And creating some time and space for yourself: doing something you love, doing exercise or art, having a walk in nature, consciously making the effort to make time for yourself and your wellbeing!
      Also what has Anushka has replied is very good advice!
      I hope that will help you as a first step!
