Omg my Mcdonalds was open Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was one of the worst days to work and the lines were 5 times as long. Like wtf people. Why did you want McDonald's? Cook you're own food ffs

McDonald’s is open on Christmas Day, yes. As a teacher, I used to sit with and help teens who were applying for jobs there. One of the on line questions was whether they were okay to work on that day, so I assume those working here on that day said yes. Not sure how it happens in the US.

My mother was a nurse. She told me that hospital cafeterias are usually open on holidays and, in a pinch, you could try there.

lol.. really.. even Mcdonald's was open in this video.... in my local area NOTHING was open. Only people working was hospitals, fire departments, and police.. everything else was closed. I mean EVERYTHING.

this reflects a small segment of america fairly accurately, but remember… the hostess attempting to accommodate the unreasonable customer is also american.
people call america the leader of the free world because america is emotionally unstable and has the biggest military on earth by far, and that’s what it called itself, so it’s prudent to go along with it.
america is the world leader in incarceration, greenhouse gas emissions and military interference with other countries… so there’s that…
i don’t count china as leading the world in greenhouse gas emissions because their lead is so slight and they have 4X the population of america, so i still consider america to be the leader in that category. i’m also figuring that china is emitting less since they abandoned their make-work building projects that created an artificial boom which has collapsed hard. so i think the next time they announce who’s doing what, oosa might be back in first place.
i’m telling you, the inmates are running the asylum.
