Good he has something to fall back on if this music thing doesn't pan out, lol. Seriously, Ronnie is the very definition of multi-talented. I didn't really appreciate this until I started following all of the Stones more closely during their recent US tour. His artwork really gives an insider view to their interplay on stage. Especially liked the one with Keef and Ronnie behind him, engaged in the "ancient art of guitar weaving". So many creative sides! And must seem strange to have to do so many self-portraits, even if it's of you with your bandmates.
Why does everyone want to become an artist? as an artist I ask myself this question all the time, my own personal thoughts and reasoning is.. it's just something that needs to come out like therapy, I feel the need to get it out or like travel you just don't know until you go see it for yourself, It's very primal.
Saw about ten years ago, supose less, a serigraphy's exposition of Ron Wood. It was nice, but I think, in my humble opinion, he's much better nowadays, he create good paintings not just with the Stones issue.. He developed his own criativity and style. Does he got painting lessons..? Independently of the drawing talents?
Maybe we should all become alcoholic druggies.Aint done Woody no harm.But seriously, and not withstanding the hard work maybe attached to it, talent seems a random factor that simply lands where it does.You could argue its karma but who really knows....JMOpinion

Ron does Bob Dylan better than Bob Dylan does.
For a guy who sings with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards all day, he sounds amazingly similar to Bob Dylan.
