I bet the interior looked awesome in its day, sad to see it in ruin. Thanks for the upload, I live in NZ but I used to reside in England. I do miss visiting these old sites.

I know a man, who gave a man a lift at night, during a really bad rain storm...
The man got in the back of the car, he didn't say anything, when he pulled up to let the passenger out, he wasn't there.!
This was at Nunney Catch, going to Frome, the driver is a very religious man, and it affected him really bad, to the point where he received counciling.!

When researching Nunney Castle, I read a few local accounts of this happening! An experience that will stay with him forever, no doubt!

Wow I was literally there last weekend, the village and the castle are full of history. It's a quaint and attractive place.

No way! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I thought the castle almost looks out of place in such a tranquil village.

The word 'Haunted' in you title brought me here. And yes, it's haunted. At least with evps (electronic voice phenomena) that is. None of them any good either which is consistent with all evps unless they're residual which in this case, most if all aren't. If you have better than average hearing ability, superior headphones/speakers, crank the volume all the way up with no background noise distractions by your computer when you listen, you should be able to at least hear the louder ones I note. There's more voices than these, I just mention ones I can hear real well and interesting ones.
4:03-4:06 a lady says "It- wouldn't have been His TIME." don't know if that's an evp or not tho it sounds like one but there's other people around so it's hard to know. If it's an evp it's residual. 4:09-4:11 angry guy yells "Get- ouuut!"
4:16-4:17 thought it was a kid nearby but the child says "Then you're Evil." It's very clear and loud. Did you hear a kid say that when you were right there?
5:27-5:28 lady says "Talk to mee!" it's loud. as if supposed to be spooky and creepy. Was this edited in here? Or was there a paranormal investigation goin on right then? 6:53-6:56 lady sings the words "Sometimes- get away from me," it's creepy and fairly loud.
6:57-6:59 creepy af sounding girl sings the words "Here they COME- to where they're AT." it's got the common echo with it. it's the creepiest evp in here so far. 10:09-10:10 lady says "Everyone- KNEW me."
13:27-13:29 guy sings the words, "You're the great, of the current witness!" it has the echo, is loud but has the malevolent vibe.
13:44-13:45 guy says with anger at the end, "Everyone who DIED!!" creepy evp. it's kinda faint/distant.
14:07-14:08 bitter sounding lady says "Oh! Who comes here to look for me." meaning the graveyard where you're filming. it's fairly loud and fast.

I'm very impressed that you took the time to listen through the whole video for these EVPs! Thanks!
I can confirm that there was a lot of noise contamination around the castle, including a mother and two children who were playing hide and seek which may account for some of these EVPs.
There were lots of other people coming and going although I tend not to film until they've passed.
Certainly no edits from me - my editing knowledge is very basic as you can probably see from my video 😄
However, I was definitely completely alone in the graveyard so that's very interesting! I will certainly grab my headphones and listen through. Thanks for the time stamps and the time you've spent listening through. Much appreciated.

Still a splendid looking castle despite Cromwell's cannons, and a beautiful church and graveyard...very tranquil.

I lived in Nunnery over the years or should I say 30 odd years ago? My house was only the other side of donkey Lane one night a local absolutely petrified not pushing on came in with a van and said please tell me what you see in my passenger seat. The seat was wet and you could see where somebody sat in there. He had picked a hitchhiker up and as he went round the bend towards Froom He was speaking to the person went round the second S bend and the figure has gone it scared the living daylights out of him . If you go down along the valley towards wotley you will find stone circles in the trees that are always kept clear of leaves or were 30 years ago. Funny things used to happen down there.

In America you have to pay for everything you want to see, and we have very little left of the native people. The white men seemed to want to just wipe them out and their history too. It's very sad. I'm Cherokee and Irish and cannot find much to see with regards to the Cherokee and I've never been to Ireland. I hope the all of UK people know how lucky to have such amazing places they can go. I would be going places every weekend. Thank you for sharing. It's such an amazing castle and story to go with it.

I really appreciate you watching my content, Julie! We do have an abundance of history here, and I really hope people are inspired to visit such places. Ireland is somewhere I've never been but would love to!
