The funny thing is the Terra model is exactly the same as the fiat money system and floating currencies. The scale just makes attacking it that much harder.
No it isn't, literally none of the fiat currencies has a magic "protocol" that gives you 20% APY out of nowhere and that's pretty much the only reason why Terra/Luna grew so fast.

That's like the US government printing $20T annually when the entire private financial asset in the US is valued around $100T. In reality the US government only prints around $1T each year.
@@dr-z810sm4 That's not the correct metric. You should look at the M2. It inflated in 2020 from 15 trillion to 19 trillion. That's over 20% inflation in the money supply. The asset market doesn't equate to currency. It's just valuation that cannot be converted to liquid currency 1 to 1.
