Staios will give things away. I’m not convinced he knows what he is doing. If he can’t get Pinto signed by now. How is he going to make big trades. He takes too long to do anything.
They have a salary structure. They’ve offered Pinto a certain number and he’s probably countered with another. It’s a negotiation. They can’t overpay for a promising but unproven player. It’ll happen.
