I am not surprised at all that you take part in every aspect of the making of your cook books. I would do the same. I have always believed that the presentation of food plays a big part in how it is received. I cook with love so I put love into the plating as well.
Keep doing all you are doing. You are changing lives with your incredible skills. You are appreciated!

It's been such a pleasure to see you grow from someone i used to follow of Instagram, someone who posted pretty picture of their vegan food as i was starting out on my journey and seeking inspiration. I followed you through the creation of your channel, showing friends and family how cool Veganism could be and where they can find recipes but a guy who wasn't on some CRAZY fruit/raw/potato diet or wore hippy trousers and lived in the jungle like many thought. I bought your first cook book and some of those recipes have become staples, like your Foccacia. I bought your Christmas 100, that i'll bring out again this Christmas to make your butternut squash soup and sides. From that you've grown, collaborated with restaurants, toured, done talks and events and your channel has grown. We all see the hard work you put in from replying and liking our comments, interacting, posting on Insta, posting consistenly (beautiful, well thought out and helpful!) videos on RUclips. I will buy this book too no less. In fact it's already on my Christmas wishlist to be pre-ordered. Thankyou for what you've done for me, for everyone else and for the vegan community. When you own your own restaurant, i'll be in the queue openeing day waiting amongst the many others to try your food. Well done Gaz.

appreciate you making these books, feels so much better to have a physical real life book to read from then just online recipies. I tend to always reach for a cookbook and all the internet recipies just drown in a sea of bookmarks and are forgotten.
