Im not sure where exactly it goes into the twisted timeline, but I can say this: the weird giant tentacles thing is cartoon cat, humans are fighting the reapers, cartoon cat or "the ancient" as Amelia (the other reaper in cartoon cat vs the elder and siren head) is posing a great threat to both humanity and the reapers. From this, we can infer that this happenes after cartoon cats awakening and we could go as far as to assume that this is happening during the stuff with william afton. Im pretty sure that Mr. Afton is the strongest out of the reaper's henchmen. Also, afton owes souls to the one reaper with the cowboy hat and the short blond hair. Afton had a certain deadline to deliver the souls to the reaper, and he failed to diliver the souls in time. To help afton, the man with the upside-down head releases cartoon cat to distract the reapers, while afton collects more souls. We also see that Amelia was captured by afton and the man with the upside-down head. So im pretty sure in return for his help, afton handed the captured reaper to the man with the upside-down head. Another thing ive noticed is that each of the henchmen have their own bodyguards. For the bald one, its poppy playtime. For afton, its the twisted puppet. And for the female long black hair one, its the really buff vanny. And, the guardians (the elder, siren heads, and nightcreepers) can be sent by the reapers or the man with the upside down head. So its reapers vs humanity vs cartoon cat vs afton and the man with the upside down head (although im sure tmwtuh will betray afton or vise-versa. But yeah, thats where im at with this timeline.
