I have tickets next year about where you sat for this. View looks okay but I’m kinda scared if it’ll be good or not. Were these good seats?? Also did your son get any special benefits? Btw seek and destroy & harvester of sorrow are my fav songs so I’m excited to see they played them on the Friday night. Every concert I go to I lose my voice. Seems like your son made it through. My voice will be toast just after Pantera 😂
@@rhodeislandrocks10 show was amazing and we had an amazing time.! We were seated at the very top of the stadium but had an awesome view of the stage, lights and the massive projection screens show the band members. Have fun!

Watching them live has been my biggest dream ever since I live and breathe Metallica. Our seats are pretty similar to yours, way at the top, watching your vlog gave me an idea of what to expect. Yea I’ve heard they’re good. Unfortunately I’ve never actually seen Ice Nine Kills, the storms on August 4th in foxborough kept them off stage! FFDP played a few songs and then Metallica played! Everyone tells me INK is outstanding though! Glad you had a good time!

Im 23 and my dad and I have been going to concerts together since i was 6. Cherish the moments. My first show was the stones at the old giants stadium in 2006 on the bigger bang tour. We also went to Metallica at Metlife as well. Sunday show was packed. Awesome experience for us.

You guys are so cool! It's nice to see one of my favorite bands of all-time still here, still making us fans happy. A lot of people talk crap about Metallica, you know the usual, oh they sold out...The Load/ Reload debacle. The hatred over Napster/ downloading, which time told that they were right about it, but let's never mind that! I'm a musician and I've been listening since 83 pretty much being that I was born in 1969, which is crazy, I've been alive since the birth of Heavy Metal! LOL. And of course the classic full-on hatred of both St. Anger and Lulu. Personally I like both records specially St. Anger, once you get past the drum and production sound it's actually not a bad record at all. There's actually a lot of great songs on there like the unnamed feeling, purify, all within my hands, frantic, St. anger & some kind of monster! All these are amazing songs. And it makes for one hell of a background soundtrack to their documentary while they were making it! I mean, the documentary and the music goes together like rum and coke, that's really wild! And as far as Lulu is concerned, I've always been a Lou Reed fan and Velvet Underground for that matter so Lulu was welcomed as far as I'm concerned! So, bring the table, bring more tables!!! I am the table 😂😂😂 Keep on rocking guys and thanks for your amazing documentary!!! 🤘☠🤘

LOL Im just happy that theres a new generation of fans out there keeping Heavy Metal and Metallica alive. We are sooooo lucky to still have them. Every new album is a blessing and I always look forward to it and I always buy it, in physical form because i want them to be around as long as they can possibly be around! 😊
Great video cool that you guys saw all 3 bands I only ended up seeing Pantera and Metallica. I was also there with my dad, we also did the same parking strategy and it was worth it took us not even 2 minutes to get out of the parking lot. This was actually my second concert at MetLife Stadium but this time was my first time tailgating at a concert. Unfortunately it took us a long time to get to the stadium from Long Island, we wanted to try to get there by 3 pm but we ended up arriving at like 4 pm due to a lot of traffic mostly in the Bronx.
