My favorite breed, I've owned 3
I need to know as I have a 6 yearold boy I am wanting to raise with a dog. We hunt, live in a small town and I want a dog. Who protects the house, the yard, my kids, my mother. My wife and myself? Especially my son who will walk with him to school, walk with him wherever he goes with me also as we all 3 will be together, a dog that will give his life for my child. Natural born protector!
Pit bull
I couldn't have asked for a better dog. Socialized, loving, chill, and obedient. They say you dont get the dog you want but the dog you need. I was going to get a Dogo Argentino, but I'm not home enough to exercise them enough so I went with the slightly more chill Rottie. My wife works from home, and let's just say the Rottie is hers. I just paid for him😅
My 1st dog was a Rottie about 15 years ago. I now have a Dogo Argentino, who is cool. But by far Roxanne the Rottie was the very best dog ever. Man I miss her 😢❤❤
I remember the first time I saw a Rottweiler was in Ferris Buelers Day Off. 😅. I love them.

I'm stuck between a German rot and a Boz Shepard. I live ontop of a mountain so need a dog that's capable of handling themselves and keeping watch of everything.
