Even exalted Venus in a trik house, for example 6th house for Libra ascendant is still exalted, and because of the rulership of another trik house, 8th, it forms a Vipreet Raj yog. And Venus is soft only on the surface, underneath lies a hard core, which can handle with great mastery all the obstacles of the 6th house. It is very much capable of that. It has the mritsanjivani shakti, if it can revive the dead, nothing can stop this Venus. And it will do it with elegance and grace.
How would you explain overcoming enemies with this placement? Too many enemies, from what I've observed.

@@sebee555 Mantreshwar says Venus in 6th has no enemies. Even enemies are not perceived as such. Exalted Venus in 6th house gives its full protection to Taurus sign, 8th house for Libra. To be able to use this energy fully, focus on the sign of Taurus, what it signifies and the 8th house. Don't focus on first house, don't upgrade yourself too much, don't be too much relationship oriented. Or this Venus will cause energy drain, because it is forming shadashtak yoga 6/8 relationship with the ascendant and Libra sign.

Exalted Venus in D9 is not more important than exalted Venus in D1. Both placements are equally important.

@@pearly37 exalted but retrograde is not so good. Also if Sun is there, check if it is not combust as well. Mercury with Sun Budha Aditya yoga.

So my venus is in pieces (uttarabhadra nakshatra)about 15° degree then should i need to consider it as exalted or going to be exalted?
Take it as going to be exalted. Our sages put stress on the degree for exaltation because the energy of Revati nakshatra is required for true exaltation of Venus. It applied to all other planets too. The best example is Mercury to understand this concept.

Overall, this Venus will give mixed results. See Venus placement in D9 and D60. D1 is possibilities, D9 probabilities, D60 karmic probabilities.
Can venus exalted at 23 degree in pisces?
Venus is exalted at 27 degrees in Pisces. At 23 degrees it is going towards exaltation, so some results of exaltation will be definitely felt.
