Ahhhh I love your vlogs sm ❤ also the third book is def really good, but the second book made my jaw drop FR LOL. When I re-read the series, going thru the first book again and knowing what I know was MIND BLOWING ahhh I love ACOTAR sm lol. Fourth wing is also soo good!

When u make smoothies to raise your iron levels avoid vitamin c (orange juice) bc it decreases the iron absorption!
from my research, vitamin c or any other form helps absorption!
Calcium and fibres MAY decrease iron absorption while vitamin c overcome that effect soo it helps with absorption
