Come on do you really think people buy this delusion? 😅 220 mil yet you have leakage, pealing walls, poorly places tiles, color smudges and mold (some examples 8:48 , 9:04 , 32:07) A person with money will never invest 4 mil USD on this kind of property in Ethiopia (and honestly i think on no property in Ethiopia at all) with all due respect to Ethiopia. the same money can be better invested abroad and with less headache and taxes.
