viewers should check $1,000,000 house in south africa, dubai or even kenya . its amazing how everything is so expensive in Ethiopia. we are living 4 or 5 times harder conditions than even our neighbors. Kenya, Rwanda, uganda has better real estate than Ethiopia.
Honestly it looks amazing from outside gen there’s nothing luxurious about the inside for that amount of money!
Pros - Nice yard, lots of rooms, lots of windows.
Cons - Extremely overpriced , chiped tiles everywhere, rusted windows, poor finishing, doesn’t fit with the neighborhood.

A person with money will never invest 4 mil USD on this kind of property in Ethiopia (and honestly i think on no property in Ethiopia at all) with all due respect to Ethiopia. the same money can be better invested abroad and with less headache and taxes.
