You’re 100% right, Romanian Gosling, BUT this is true for everything in life. Work, sport and especially relationships, one always have to work hard to get better and improve, if possible, or adapt. Who says “I’m at the top now I can relax” is in for a nasty surprise. Love the videos, when are you next at Mem’s?
I've always found the "but he's already the best in the world" argument silly. What if in 2 years time someone is lifting more than him? Then how else are you going to get that extra 5% when you've pretty much maxed out physiologically.
Hi Gabriel, i’m a weightlifter from Kosova, 81kg and i do 120/140 at 19 years old. I train 9x per week (training program from my coach 🇦🇱 he did 170+/200+) but my progress has stopped the last 9 months, stuck at the same strength numbers, what could be some of the reasons? Thank you and best regards!
You mentioned that the athlete should continue trying new things in order to improve themselves in Weightlifting. My lack of knowledge is asking you, please like your previous videos you gave examples of wrong techniques in weightlifting through technique analysis lifters Any example for us what to do and not to do ,in order to improve oneself in weightlifting?
I pointed out on another channel that his technique is not good and of course I got the “can you lift that?” comments etc. Look, amazingly talented lifter of course, but this lifting is not sharp. No personal offense intended. No one should be beyond criticism or coaching when it comes to sport.
yeah, I understand what you mean. Weightlifting is about improving yourself all the time, and it's not matter if you are an olympic champion or beginner, always need to try to get better. Unfortunately for some athletes is hard to get feedback because they think that they don't need to change/improve anything
His technique already looks miles better, it will be a natural progression with his technique also! His problem is the Bulgarian federation and not being a dumbass with stupid injuries! apart from that nobody can touch him

hi, I would try in your place a different training program if you are stuck at same weights

You need to keep working to improve your technique and have consistency to improve your lifts :)
