I too received this call today and they scared me saying illegal activities , FIR registered against me in Mumbai police station. Asked me to join the skype call to provide statement recordings. I googled about this type of scam and joined the call to see the full drama. one person introduced himself as SI of mumbai police station and was wearing uniform. he even shared his id card. when i asked few more details he understood that I am aware of his drama and disconnected the call

I got the same call,and they ask me for video call after that they ask to show adhar card but I was not sure it is real or scam so I tell them at present I don't have adhar card,and they cut the call.

They would connect a video call
They may extract all info or else morph some pictures etc ..don't provide any info on aadhar, bank details, ...never connect to video call

Said some mobile number is registered under my Aadhar and there are 17 complaints and FIR under Andheri East police station. Then he forwarded the call to Mumbai police station. Said I have to make a video with aadhar to get clarification and clear my name otherwise all my numbers will be blocked.Then he cut the call. Will he call again, he has my video ?
