I'd say the EM set is just as difficult to build as a crit one. Getting EM main stat on all your artifacts isn't easy and probably takes the same amount of time/resin investment as a crit build.
That's kinda true, but at least you don't have to worry with the sub stats. Once you get EM main stat, you're done. And the weapon choices for EM Build is much easier to get and cheaper (Fav Warbow is free for example)
For the EM test, the time was extended because electro swirls would do less damage to the Electro Cicin mage, so it takes longer AND you lose double swirl damage when she's alone.
I have to say I couldn’t get a full vv set before his rerun so I used two piece vv and two piece wanderers troupe. Anemo goblet, attack sands, crit rate helm w r5 stringless and my venti deals 20-30k on e depending on the team comp.
I need his ult to be done quickly and be up in a short time spam,so I'm gonna build him em. plus I suck at using bow users but would still love venti in my team. Hoping I got him in 2.6

EM has advantage of the swirl spread so it's way more effective vs multiple enemies More enemies = More swirls = More dmg spread Dps is more likely to permafreeze comps Hybrid is a good way to build him too You can abuse of the high swirl and high anemo dmg
@@Kross_Vikalmost every reaction has an icd but swirls maximum damage is just capped to 2 enemies so if you have 2 enemies vs 14 enemies you'll do the same swirl damage in both scenarios, vs 1 enemy you'll do half of what you'd do vs 2
I comment this after I tried to compare between crit vs full em. Anyway, i prefer crit build as dps since the skill will deal decent dmg than using em build. So I will save the full em build for kazuha.

His stats will be 178 crit dmg 33 crit rate 103 em and more then 207 er (cuz of his ascension) i will run him with 2 pc vv and 2 pc shimenawas. But if i eventually get good 4pc i will give him that for sure :”) And also maybe switch artifacts a bit for more crit rate (and also hopefully get stringless soon so more em)

Not on 5th ascension due to procrastination so stick at lvl 70. No constellations either
speaking from experience (after wasting so much mora and time experimenting), EM Venti does significantly more damage only if: - you level-up your Venti to 90 - you max EM to 750-800 MINIMUM - without sacrificing too much atk% and ER - some environmental reactions work better with venti’s swirls than others - venti alone doesn’t generate that much damage without a good team comp that being said, since it is likely that you play venti as a sub-DPS, don’t waste too much time on him if you already built a strong artifact set of either CRIT or EM. the differences aren’t that huge. just focus on your main dps and overall team lol i personally play venti on 800 EM (used to play CRIT) but tbf the difference isn’t that game-changing or table-turning that it worths hours I spent on collecting artifacts and revamping my build

Vape team is the least team comp you've ever wanted for EM Venti. Venti is bad in the national team (Xingqiu, Bennet, Xiangling). Sucrose is way better in the national team since she can boost your EM and can carry TToDS.
The only good part about em is that you can have it as a main stat. Bad part is the substat is even harder to get than crit because 1 in 4 chance of getting what you want. Crit gives 1 in 2 chance of what you want.
Yee. You should go EM anyway. It performs pretty similar in mono elemental teams like in this vid. But in reaction comps venti can trigger reactions like Electrocharged making the EM build better.
whichever one you feel like. if you wanna put more time farming for venti then crit, if you wanna run for meta and minmaxing everything and every bit ot resin maximizing other characters, then em.
One thing to consider is that while anemo crits, swirl doesn't. However EM makes swirl stronk, especially with 4vv.

That's why I prepared my artifacts as mix for Venti.
EM is so painful to farm for. After farming the domain for two weeks, I finally got my first Viridescent EM piece!

Actually the swirl dmg is only capped at 2 times meaning it isn’t really quadratic scaling like ayato and ganyu burst

Freeze comp balances atk bonus-dmg crit crit-dmg and hold em between 300 for maximize efficiency
why. venti dont buff characs based on his em, its only for the dmg and he can swirl cryo/hydro with his burst so
