Am I the only one who is so enamored by Jeff? He is so settled within himself. I would feel so safe in his presence. I'm on SSRI's due to depression and anxiety disorder. I would love to hear you guys have an episode on this. I'm actually terrified of being on anti depressants but I feel like I have to take them for now. I would love to hear Mike's take on them.
If you need them and you're feeling the benefit of taking them then you do what works for you and forget about any outside noise and opinions. When they no longer serve you then you can slowly wean yourself off them. Good luck with your journey....It won't always be this way

In April I celebrated my 10 years clean from opiates and pretty much anything that would alter my state. I lost my little sister from an OD a few years ago and it destroyed me. I'd love to hear Mike's story! I'm sure it's a powerful one. One I'd be able to relate to. One day I'd love to share mine. Everyone in my life thinks I should do it on social media but I'm scared. How do you guys do it? Was it hard to get used to talking to a camera? And how do you cope with hate? I'm genuinely interested. Love you guys. I found you thanks to Tana, but I stay for Mike and Jeff. ❤
