Thank you, I don’t really use touch screen monitors however I can see it coming in use. Portrait mode is handing to scroll through feeds and Shorts, TikTok videos. It’s like having a large scale phone.
Please clarify in layman’s terms just how to set this up for the separation of tasks on each monitor. I have searched for resolution without satisfaction😢. Currently, the mouse pointer moves simultaneously on both monitors 😮 I want to be able to photo edit on the portable monitor whilst watching something else on my pc and be able to interact independently in each scenario😊 Thank you in advance for your kind assistance to a busy-minded Grandmammy. I have an HP PC running windows 10 pro.
Can you try again by holding down the windows button and pressing P, then select extend option. After you can arrange the displays accordingly under display settings.
Can you use powerbank to power the monitor? Incase there is no power outlet that you can plug?

Is there a way to connect to the desktop windows computer. The screen is black. Any suggestions?
You can connect it with HDMI cable, check if power source properly in.

Hello, it seems like you have the monitor set on duplicate mode. Please select the extend option and it should operate as two individual screens.
