I heard great things about this airline and i can see why people like this airline! It's very modern and the cabin looks really sleek. Would love to fly on them one day!

Not every Vistara Airbus have screen and map view ? I recently travelled by Vistara Airbus but there was no screen.
You would have travelled on the Airbus A320, on which Vistara does not offer IFE screens. Based on different videos online, the IFE seems to be installed on the A321s and not the A320s.

A321 is better than A320 with more cabin space and overall length.

Masks were mandatory on this flight, so that wasn't much of an issue.
