Marie, thanks for sharing your beautiful family vacation. Purple is my favorite color too. Your hubby did a great job. Your right we all have different experiences. @@MariesKawaiiWorld Yes time does go by so fast. My oldest is 22 yrs old and my baby boy is 19 and his graduating this June 10th. And now we have my oldest nephew living with us which his like a son to us. And his like 24 yrs old. So now they are all into riding quads or going to shooting range or out with the friends. So please enjoy your time you have. Love the memories we make. And the blessing they are when all comes down the good and bad i love my boys.

Such a sweet beautiful video. I would have loved going there as purple is my favorite color. I miss the food in Korea so much and how varied it was. And I loved your comment about how sometimes it sounds like people speaking Korean are fighting. :-)

@@MariesKawaiiWorld Yes. Riding a cable car gives you an amazing and breathtaking view. It's also a fun way to tour the place high up there. Not for the ones with the fear of heights though.

This island has a dark history of kidnapping and enslaving and abusing DISABLED people. The whole town was complicit. There was never real justice.
On one hand, the town has turned it's dark history around investing to make it something beautiful.
BUT the bottom line is of the 6.8million invested to turn this town into a "purple" insta worthy place how much was given to those enslaved and abused for decades? ZERO!
