  • Interview of Death Row inmate Brett Hartmann (or Hartman, depending on who you ask), conducted on Oct. 10 by me, in advance of his Nov. 13 execution date. Hartmann continues to proclaim his innocence in the murder of an Akron woman in 1997. Winda Snipes was stabbed 138 times, her throat was cut and her hands were removed. Five clips total.

    He seems like a genuine, sincere guy that wouldn't hurt a fly. But that's how many killers appear in order to deceive. Lets hope he was guilty.

      Del Isherwood in this case it’s about the murder of winda snipes and no one else. There is no child in this case. Get your facts straight. And he was murdered by the state for nothing, since he actually didn’t do it!

      nadiasim2610 but you still say he’s innocent after all of the evidence, did you watch the videos? How many times he was inconsistent? Do you realize killers are great at fooling people, except you cannot change evidence.

    • @nadiasim2610
      @nadiasim2610 6 лет назад

      Angi Key exactly you cannot change evidence, everything what I was talking about came from evidence from police reports and trial transcript. There is where you get the evidence and not from this video. Remember that this video was very short, it was short before his execution date and he was nervous. You cannot base your opinion on just this video. If you read the police reports and the trial transcript you will see the actual evidence. And yes I watched this video

    I used to work with this guy back in 1997 for a few months at a local texmex restaurant. I remember the cops searching the dumpsters for the missing hands.

    I played pool with him the night he was arrested..he seemed different...kept leaving during the game...back and forth...seemed worried like he knew something about what happend...never did I get the feeling his nervous behavior was because he did it...he acted more like he knew she was dead and didn't want to get blamed for it...all I know is ..I don't think he did this....just never got that vibe that night...sad.

      I’ve read all of the police reports and the trial transcript and I know for sure he didn’t do it. He was my dear friend and up until the very end he stated his innocence. This only proves that the system doesn’t work

      nadiasim2610 no it only proves that blinders work when you really want them to, please quit talking, you’re showing your stupidity

    • @nadiasim2610

      Angi Key you are the one who can’t react in a civil manner. It doesn’t show your stupidity but it does show you are full of hate when you can’t even be respectful. What must have happened in your life that you are so full of hate.

    • @AK-lg6ju
      @AK-lg6ju 6 лет назад

      nadiasim2610 hateful? By stating an opinion that’s clearly correct, you consider that hateful but not a monster plunging a knife into a woman multiple multiple times until she’s dead? You say you’ve watched the videos, read the transcripts etc, but how do you explain all of his inconsistencies in his stories just with the videos? I realize you say he’s a friend, but what about his victim? He’s had how many years to read everything written down, including the trial so he’s finally got his hands on states evidence, he had nothing but time to make up all of his so called truth except, he’s so told so many lies he can’t keep them straight. Think of this, if he was sooo drunk that he literally couldn’t walk, then how did he 1) have sex? He wouldn’t be able to get it up 2) he had to crawl upstairs, yet he could go back upstairs and get her keys to lock the door, even with the absurd lie of not wanting her family to find her....but he was ok to let her rot there? If he didn’t kill her or touch her but only found her, then how did the blood get on him? I know you’re never ever going to even have an open mind , which tells me that you’re afraid of the what if he did...

    Yes it seems as though he's guilty. Why did he go into "panic mode" and leave her apartment after he found her? I would have stayed and called the police from there.
