She opened a sealed container of Alcohol, and poured it out, and threw the now empty bottle back in the car. She then proceeded to tell everyone she found open alcohol in the car in order to get a DUI arrest. The officers on scene then group up and tell each other to turn off their body cameras before they discus everything. They all should be charged with something, and excluded from ever being in law enforcement in the future. This lady should be charged will a whole host of crimes, including falsifying evidence, and spend at least 5-10 years in jail. She appears to be a sociopath who believes she is above everyone else.

imagine you are trained and working in a field that you must be "fully' aware of the laws revolving around your job role. Then you violate the same rules you were literally hired, trained, and instructed to do. Then all you have to do is say "i forgot" and the DA's office will smile and say we believe her. But the same DA will tell countless none officer citizens that ignorance excuse means absolutely nothing and the law will show no mercy. The judge will then agree with zero hesitation with the DA sometimes even making fun of the ignorance. But when a cop does this, the system says despite the training and awareness of how it would be impossible to be ignorant of these broken laws because they arrested many under the understanding they have of the laws they were trained on. It should be mandatory if a officer goes into a deposition says they forgot should void all arrests, tickets, and or accusations they testified to, automatically becoming inadmissible due to their early onset of convenient Alzheimer.
That or remove QA for cops who memory seems to be so convenient while somehow maintaining they unquestioned honesty that we as citizens would get laughed at from the DA and judge straight to jail. This is why I have and will never trust people trained and welcomed to lie to the public. This is why I laugh when ever something happens to them because 9/10 they have done exactly this or helped a coworker do this. Majority of stops involving arrest or stops requiring someone to do DUI field sobriety tests always has back up. Meaning they always have cops to assist in the lie on record and on scene. Every cop is bad because if they werent, it wouldnt require citizens to file complaints in order for cops knowingly assist cops breaking their oaths, policies, and literal laws. They sleep like babies knowing they or someone in their department is ruining at least one life each day.

Thank you for sharing this bc I enjoy watching Depositions! This woman should be in prison & the Warden can say he "forgot" where the key was.

Or poured out the contents of the cup, she pour out the sealed alcohol bottle, but did she pour the contents of the cup also. Because if not, then she towed with liquid in the car, which "supposedly" against "her" protocol

They will protect her no matter what. I doubt they hold her accountable and if they do she will get an unusually light penalty. Think of all the innocent people they have framed. The lives they have ruined. This type of corruption comes from the chief on down. She woke up that morning praying to the evil one that she would get to ruin a life. She went to bed happy and fulfilled.

She doubles down on each lie ! Every lie should equal at least 1 yr in jail when under oath . And they should never be able to be in a job paid by tax payers with any Authority over the people. Not move to the next department as its always brushed under the rug.

Actually, when you consider the amount of revenue from fines, bail and seizure, this is one of the businesses that continue to prophet from this experimental corporate structure we call a functioning democracy. Think about it like this, when your citizens are your commodities, why would you not profit from their existence? You want your assets to increase in value or equity. Farmers don't feed lambs so the sheep can live long happy lives and retire in the city. We are the countries, the state and federal government's retirement account. Even if they do get sued and have to settle, the maternity ward is still full. You taxes are still going up. A lot of people don't have the time/money to seek compensation so like 99% of these cases never even come to fruition. I paid every ticket I had ever gotten until I was late for court and found out that some times the cops don't even come in and lie about it on their time cards. You will get out the ticket for the most part with just a "we'll get em next time" flag on you license. Look it up sometime. We are all human so I get it (OGCJM) but always keep in mind, every town, city, county, state and bureau has an armed team of trained killers. Not always intellectual or intelligent and hardly ever trained in the law but killers none the less and they're not just coming for your money or your life. They'll take both and laugh about it when they make Sargeant. Maybe that was a bit of a rant but this is the longest video I've watched this morning and it hits close to home. Nevermind me. Vote and pay your taxes. If you ever see a good cop or politician, encourage them. Cheer them on and pledge your support. Let them know that you see what they do and that it matters. Then grab them by the ankles and flip them over really fast. You've found the true end of the rainbow and a stash of gold bars they keep hidden from the public. That's your money. It's the value they've removed from the economy while replacing all of the copper in pennies with zinc.
