Once the car has been made relevant to the case at 1:14:50, the officer's confidence is shattered, becoming agitated and starts breathing heavily, appearing quite nervous at this point. Did she just acknowledge guilt of planting evidence? And have she done this before with support of past judges looking over it? All her cases must be studied.

I watched the arrest video, the dude was arrested for a suspended license. Does a suspended license really warrant arrest? Give him a citation to appear. The officer opened the liquor bottle and poured it out. She had no right to break the seal on the bottle and pour it out.
To answer your question in many FL municipalities police do have the discretion to either ticket or arrest. The way this arrest played out makes me think that someone was trying to hit some kind of quota.
Salute to the judge who denied dismissal of case. Lets waste the citizens time and citys money instead, especially when the cop cant remember anything. Opening alcohol and then saying he had an open bottle is wild
Maaan this attorney wrecked this LCO (Law Corrupted Officer)! 2nd hand embarrassment, Even her own attorney basically stop caring to defend her and basically prosecuted her too 😂.
imagine you are trained and working in a field that you must be "fully' aware of the laws revolving around your job role. Then you violate the same rules you were literally hired, trained, and instructed to do. Then all you have to do is say "i forgot" and the DA's office will smile and say we believe her. But the same DA will tell countless none officer citizens that ignorance excuse means absolutely nothing and the law will show no mercy. The judge will then agree with zero hesitation with the DA sometimes even making fun of the ignorance. But when a cop does this, the system says despite the training and awareness of how it would be impossible to be ignorant of these broken laws because they arrested many under the understanding they have of the laws they were trained on. It should be mandatory if a officer goes into a deposition says they forgot should void all arrests, tickets, and or accusations they testified to, automatically becoming inadmissible due to their early onset of convenient Alzheimer. That or remove QA for cops who memory seems to be so convenient while somehow maintaining they unquestioned honesty that we as citizens would get laughed at from the DA and judge straight to jail. This is why I have and will never trust people trained and welcomed to lie to the public. This is why I laugh when ever something happens to them because 9/10 they have done exactly this or helped a coworker do this. Majority of stops involving arrest or stops requiring someone to do DUI field sobriety tests always has back up. Meaning they always have cops to assist in the lie on record and on scene. Every cop is bad because if they werent, it wouldnt require citizens to file complaints in order for cops knowingly assist cops breaking their oaths, policies, and literal laws. They sleep like babies knowing they or someone in their department is ruining at least one life each day.

Actually, when you consider the amount of revenue from fines, bail and seizure, this is one of the businesses that continue to prophet from this experimental corporate structure we call a functioning democracy. Think about it like this, when your citizens are your commodities, why would you not profit from their existence? You want your assets to increase in value or equity. Farmers don't feed lambs so the sheep can live long happy lives and retire in the city. We are the countries, the state and federal government's retirement account. Even if they do get sued and have to settle, the maternity ward is still full. You taxes are still going up. A lot of people don't have the time/money to seek compensation so like 99% of these cases never even come to fruition. I paid every ticket I had ever gotten until I was late for court and found out that some times the cops don't even come in and lie about it on their time cards. You will get out the ticket for the most part with just a "we'll get em next time" flag on you license. Look it up sometime. We are all human so I get it (OGCJM) but always keep in mind, every town, city, county, state and bureau has an armed team of trained killers. Not always intellectual or intelligent and hardly ever trained in the law but killers none the less and they're not just coming for your money or your life. They'll take both and laugh about it when they make Sargeant. Maybe that was a bit of a rant but this is the longest video I've watched this morning and it hits close to home. Nevermind me. Vote and pay your taxes. If you ever see a good cop or politician, encourage them. Cheer them on and pledge your support. Let them know that you see what they do and that it matters. Then grab them by the ankles and flip them over really fast. You've found the true end of the rainbow and a stash of gold bars they keep hidden from the public. That's your money. It's the value they've removed from the economy while replacing all of the copper in pennies with zinc.

The fact that she's already sweating and almost having a panic attack indicates a mental instability that should never let her become a police officer. How should she endure a stressful situation on duty?
Just tell her she gets to arrest innocent people, she will be first to the scene.

How dare they even give her the chance to sit there and state her case knowing she is just a blatant liar wanting to intentionally ruin that man but got caught. Sick in the head

Opening alcohol and then saying he had an open bottle is wild

life in prison for allllll police mistakes and misconduct.
Officer Oliver, standard protocol is getting hot and breathing heavy when you're lying, correct?
imagine you are trained and working in a field that you must be "fully' aware of the laws revolving around your job role.

She didn't realize the bottle was sealed until she saw the vid?....What?...Everyone knows if a bottle is sealed or not...Opening a sealed bottle of alcohol , pouring it out and then entering it in as evidence is the same as planting the evidence of an opened bottle of alcohol. Another stupid answer from this joker.
A sealed bottle like this is impossible to open without being aware that it was factory sealed.
Especially a cop who is naturally and TRAINED to observe everything. A sealed bottle like this can be SEEN as sealed, can be HEARD, as we all heard even on the video, when ‘cracked’ open and can be easily ‘felt’ as it not only vibrates when opening a new seal, but it takes more force than normal to break that seal……REGARDLESS of gloves you wannabe lawyer.
I would shut you down and make a fool of you in a real court child, just like here in RUclips court.

You would think the state would be on the public side because we pay their salary
