I've tried couponing at Dollar General the past few Saturdays and my 5 off 25 never comes off all the other digitals do.

You must be on the new system. You need to use the paper version of the $5/$25 first, then they scan the products, type in your phone number and then it should stack.
You get the paper version on the bottom of your receipt so go anyway this week BEFORE Saturday to get it to print.
