great talk on the opioid stuff. just wanna highlight that the main cause of the crisis wasnt doctors, but rather the pharmaceutical companies that downplayed the negative impacts of opiates. ofc docs should take responsibilities but they aren’t the primary researchers in the pharmaceuticals they give to their patients
