How to Play Solipsis

Now that you're all properly introduced to Solipsis (see here if not: • Introduction to Solips... ) I figure now is the time for a full in-depth teach.
This may seem like a pretty lengthy teach, but its more comprehensive than it probably needs to be. One of my main goals when designing the game was for it to be a game where you could more or less teach as you play. I was definitely inspired a ton by Cosmic Encounter, which is a game that operates on a set of basic rules, that are massively expanded by the aliens included.
