- This short video of a 1899 De Dion Peugeot Tricycle start up was taken by me at the "Celebration of the Motorcycle" show which was held at the Del Mar Racetrack back in 2013.
There's a video of me chatting about my bike with one of the judges in the "My Videos" section.
Apparently there were over 15,000 of these made by various manufacturers. It was one of the first widely successful motor vehicles.

How does that wonderful machine drive the wheels?
@@brushbros It's a chain drive. If you notice, he uses the bike pedals to start it.
Shouldn't it have a surface carb?
