Chuck owns a hotel and is a billionaire he can literally have anything he wants so mate and dan should be able to be with the women they love
I always liked Chuck with that Eva girl. She was so down to earth and made him decent.
I don't understand everyone's fascination with Serenate. They dated briefly and she never seemed too into him and could never really trust him. While I don't like Derena past season 1,Dan is the only guy Serena ever truly loved and connected with

I agree. Dair is the best out of all the couples on this show. Chuck can be alone. He is toxic.

It's amazing how the music always helps you to understand the feeling, things that can't be felt have to be made felt through music. That drumming when Chuck tells Dan that Dan's in love with Blair, someone has to make it sink in like the pounding of the drum. Then the organ playing ...he's getting the message.
I loved chair and I was rooting for them, but then I shifted to DAIR, its more of a real, non toxic and adult relationship. I agreed that they should have been the endgame..

To be honest no he never did even at the end he looked sad. They did a 5 year jump at the end.
The ending was a last min thing, Dair was going to be endgame but too many Chair fans were complaining about Dair that they changed the ending.
So dumb even the cast didn't like it lol.
I hated when they treated Dan like shit in the last season specially Blair and Chuck
Season 5 too with his book. It's a fictional story and they were all butthurt because their character's weren't flawless. A friend of mine wrote a story and I was in it, written as a crack whore (which I"m not) and my first reaction was 'This is great!' not boo hoo poor me, you made me look bad...'

Dan picked up Chuck's drinking problem. Dan picked up Chuck's previous disillusionment. Dan picked up Chuck's love for Blair. Dan next to Chuck demonstrates Dan goes further off the deep end than Chuck. Chuck is a GREAT listener and analyzes Dan for the nut job Dan is. Dan studies and manipulates people better than these other divas. He is in the end Gossip Girl.

nah gossip girl was supposed to be erik but it got leaked so the writers changed it at last minute to keep the element of the plot twist
