Serpentine Wing Pour 🐍 Lovely Variation on a Wing Pour! Gorgeous Lines in an Easy Acrylic Pour!

Hello Friends! Welcome back! Today I am playing with an idea I had while watching my Husband of Awesomeness do his wing pours..
My Colors are:
Golden's
Payne's Gray
Cerulean Blue
Arteza
Pearl Cactus Green
Violet
Sargent's Liquid Metals
Gold
DecoArt Americana Decor
Metallics
Emerald Green
Pouring Medium:
Liquitex Gloss Medium
Paint + a bit of Water
Floetrol
There is NO Silicone
in Any of My Paint.
I layer my cup carefully down the side, keeping contrast in mind (light dark, light dark).. then I thin out some Payne's Gray with water and lay that down as a basecoat.
I essentially pour a wing pour, but I'm also traveling with it laterally at the same time, then back in the opposite direction. It creates a very cool effect! Kind of reminds of those old fashioned tiered necklaces, very cool stuff! I tilt it to cover the canvas, then touch up the corners and edges.. and then I'm done! I love it!
I will probably put a few layers of varnish on this piece in a few more weeks (once its cured).. I think that my gold may have been a bit thin because I don't see a lot of gold in the painting, but I do see a shimmery haze over the entire canvas. I also did not use a lot of gold, my layers of it were rather small.
