    My market for 4 people:
    1 small packet of banana leaves (at good greengrocers or Asian grocery stores.
    800 g fish fillet: Julienne, Cod, Pollack
    5 cl olive oil
    3 cm ginger
    1 red or green horn pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 to 3 spring onions
    Fine salt and Espelette pepper
    6 cl ponzu sauce
    Garnish:
    I suggest fried breadfruit:
    1 medium-large breadfruit (1.200 kg)
    50 cl vegetable oil for frying.
