Thankfully we have the 15% cap in our state less permitted new improvements - that 6% rate does thump those with investment and commercial properties. If the tax bill is covered by 3 months rental income, you're doing great. There's a couple of interesting articles on the scdew website regarding income and new jobs coming in over the nest 10 years too. Lots of new jobs in n S.C. were taken by folks not from S.C.

I think the best case scenario is a 4 year reprieve. It’s kinda like living in the time of Josiah; I think the writing is on the wall for this nation. God can preserve a remnant and bring them out. He has only promised to preserve one nation anyway, Spiritual Israel (which doesn’t take away from the fact that the people are real and that the Lord Jesus will reign from Jerusalem personally) Micah chapter 4 paints a beautiful vision of this 🙂
Well ,Like You Prayers It Better in 25 than the past few years have been.I will believe Trump 2nd term when hes sworn in.To many feel n believe some stuff is fast coming on that..Ie something govt related,what is the ? May Ya get the House Project done n back to range ..
Trump may indeed reduce the size of government/the federal budget in a second term. We shall see; time will tell. But...he sure as hell didn't do that in the first term.
